VACATION RENTAL CONCIERGE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Expert "On the Ground" Help.

Unlike typical full service vacation management company, we do NOT charge a percentage of your rental income. Many charge as much as 40%. We charge a flat $25.00 hourly rate during business hours (M-F, 8-5) for on-site services and $50.00 p/hr for after hour services. Only AS NEEDED. Think: receiving guests, inventory, receiving inventory, security check, lockouts, meeting maintenance personnel, helping guests with problems, emergency response.
